About the Role

You will be part of our support team for our market-leading funeral ERP software and handle customer inquiries independently. At the same time, you will develop a good understanding of our processes and actively contribute to the structure and further development of our support.

Responsibilities

  • Operative Customer Support: You will handle support requests in a structured and solution-oriented manner via our ticketing system, email, and possibly by phone.
  • Analysis & Problem Solving: You will analyze customer concerns (e.g., application questions, configurations, data or process logic) and develop suitable solutions.
  • Independent Ticket Processing: You will prioritize your tasks independently, maintain an overview even with a high volume, and communicate clearly and transparently with customers.
  • Collaboration within the Team: You will coordinate closely with colleagues as well as with product and technical teams and pass on topics in a structured manner when necessary.
  • Knowledge Building & Documentation: You will document solutions comprehensibly and actively contribute to the expansion of our knowledge base and support processes.
  • Contribution to Team Structure & Efficiency: You will support the efficient organization of daily support activities – e.g., through clean prioritization, thinking about processes, or sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer or technical support, ideally in the software or ERP environment.
  • Interest in working with complex systems and processes.
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach – even with many parallel topics.
  • Ability to recognize connections and explain them understandably.
  • Initial approaches to taking responsibility in the team (e.g., sharing knowledge, supporting others, thinking about processes).
  • Clear and empathetic communication with customers.
  • High degree of self-responsibility and reliability.
  • Fluent German language skills.

What We Offer

  • Focus on real problem-solving instead of pure ticket processing.
  • Opportunity to develop professionally and take on more responsibility in the team.
  • Close collaboration with product and technical teams.
  • Active participation in shaping support processes and structures.
  • Direct influence on the quality of the customer experience.
