CX Specialist (Italian & English Speaker)

About the Position

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. We’re looking for an exceptional bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join the CX superstar team in Scotland!

This is a fully remote position requiring fluency in English and Italian, with availability from Saturday to Wednesday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Your mission will be to provide outstanding customer service, turning users and partners into ambassadors by empowering them to take action against food waste.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for users and partners, ensuring they receive excellent customer service through email, chat, and phone.
• Answer all questions using our Social Media tools.
• Handle priority situations with high care and proactively contact users and stores when necessary.
• Empower users and partners to maximize saved meals through proactive support and targeted retention efforts.
• Act as a brand ambassador, encouraging, inspiring, and empowering customers towards more sustainable behavior.
• Identify partner and consumer pain points and surface technical or operational issues to internal stakeholders globally.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
• Full written and verbal proficiency in Italian and English.
• Based in Scotland.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets, with a strong focus on delivering great customer outcomes.
• A first-class and inspiring communicator.
• Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
• A team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships, and resolving conflicts.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to stay focused through repetitive tasks.
• Previous experience working in a marketplace, a big platform, or the Food Industry is a bonus.
