About the Position

We are seeking a Cyber Lead to manage a team of engineers for Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Cloud identities Cybersecurity services. This role involves leading a team with full-stack accountability for the technologies utilized to deliver these services. Telecommuting is permitted.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Engineers with full-stack accountability for technologies utilized to deliver Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Cloud identities Cybersecurity services.
  • Provide day-to-day management of the team's work and ensure an effective balance of the workload across the team.
  • Drive or inform technology direction based on security and customer requirements.
  • Partner closely with Security Architecture and other security stakeholders to ensure alignment between security control framework, deployed technologies, and desired vs. achieved outcomes.
  • Engage proactively with key stakeholders and partners outside security, including IT and Application teams to understand technology direction and align security capabilities accordingly.
  • Stay up to date on new tools and techniques and act as a driver for innovation.
  • Drive continual improvement processes to enhance the end-user experience, increase technology value, and improve security posture.
  • Provide high-quality training, management, and mentorship for the IAM team members located across various geographies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology and 7 years of experience required.
