Job Description

As a Blue Teamer at Sopra Steria, you will work daily to protect organizations from cyber threats. You will analyze security issues, monitor systems, investigate incidents, and develop solutions that strengthen digital resilience. Together with your team, you will ensure that security measures remain reliable and that new solutions are effectively implemented.

You will work within a community of dedicated security professionals, where knowledge sharing is central. We encourage active participation in security communities and give you the space to deepen your expertise, explore new technologies, and continuously develop yourself.

Requirements

Who are you?

You know how to map threats, investigate incidents quickly and effectively, and protect systems and data according to the highest security standards. Our cybersecurity colleagues excel in incident response, log analysis, and vulnerability management and use their strong communication skills to collaborate smoothly with other teams. You will fit in effortlessly.

What do you bring?

A completed HBO or university degree with a focus on IT or Cybersecurity. Or another degree with a strong analytical component.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cybersecurity specialist in the field of engineering, security monitoring, and/or incident response.
Certifications such as GSEC, GCIH, Security+, BTL1, CCDL1, or certifications in Azure (e.g., AZ-900 and AZ-500), Microsoft SC-200, AWS, Splunk, or Elastic.
Clear communication, also towards non-technical stakeholders.
Team player with a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Fluent in Dutch and good command of English.
