Responsibilities

Support the deployment of the Cyber Security maturity evaluation process across assigned entities
Assist entities in understanding cybersecurity requirements and expected evidence
Review and assess compliance evidence submitted by entities
Ensure assessment consistency across entities and cybersecurity domains
Communicate framework updates, requirements, and program changes to stakeholders
Facilitate coordination between Group IT providers and business entities
Document assessment results and contribute to governance reporting
Support the production of management reports and maturity assessments
Participate in the evaluation of cybersecurity controls and risk mitigation measures
Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving the Cyber Program assessment process
Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, and operational resilience stakeholders
Monitor progress of cybersecurity compliance initiatives
Support the continuous enhancement of cybersecurity governance practices
Participate in a large-scale cybersecurity transformation program
Contribute to the strengthening of cybersecurity maturity and operational resilience across the Group

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in Cyber Security, IT Risk Management, or Information Security environments
Knowledge: Cyber Security governance and compliance processes, IT Risk Management principles, operational resilience, and business continuity concepts
Skills: Ability to evaluate evidence and assess compliance against defined requirements, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience producing governance documentation and management reporting
Technical Knowledge: IT Continuity Management, Backup Management, Operational Resilience, Cryptography, Key Management, Certificate Management, Cryptographic Key Management Systems (CKMS), Network Security, Network Segmentation, Micro-Segmentation, Network Hardening, Cyber Security Controls, IT Risk Management, Information Security Governance, Cyber Security Frameworks
Frameworks & Standards: NIST (valued), Equivalent Cyber Security Frameworks (valued), Knowledge of regulatory and cybersecurity compliance requirements, Understanding of security governance processes
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, Attention to detail, Risk-oriented mindset, Excellent communication skills, Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, Stakeholder management capabilities, Teamwork and collaboration, Organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple assessments and priorities simultaneously, Continuous learning mindset, Proactive attitude, Results-oriented approach, Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
