Cybersecurity Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager for a leading global investment bank in Singapore. The ideal candidate will manage global cyber programs for the APAC region, ensuring the successful execution of multiple cross-regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of global cyber projects in coordination with the Global PMO.
• Relay global updates, risks, and priorities during each project phase.
• Coordinate dedicated resources and contributors for timely and budget-compliant task execution.
• Contribute to global steering activities and gather regional updates and risks.
• Prepare and present strategic updates to the APAC ITP ExCo and other management committees.
• Manage resource and financial planning for projects, including hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with APAC ITP and local territories to identify KPI gaps and propose enhancements.
• Support department activities and initiatives.

Requirements

• Core Skills:

  • Proven track record of managing programs with multiple cross-regional stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge or experience in cybersecurity activities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of using AI or machine learning techniques in cybersecurity projects is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
• 8+ years’ experience delivering security-focused projects in an MNC (banking, consulting, or technology). Experience in the banking sector is specifically preferred.
• PMP certification (or equivalent); CISSP, CISM, or CISA is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English. French and Chinese are a plus.
