Responsibilities
- Work in our emergency call center as the first point of contact in emergency situations, primarily in road traffic.
- Receive calls, capture, and document the required information.
- Correspond with police and fire department dispatch centers and provide relevant data for necessary rescue measures.
- Support and reassure the affected individuals until the rescue services arrive.
Requirements
- Personality: Customer-oriented, empathetic, strong communicator, and responsible.
- Working Practice: Self-reliant, conscientious, structured, as well as service- and solution-oriented.
- Experience and Know-how: Passion for new technologies and customer service in the automotive sector. Quick learner and proficient in using information technology.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift pattern.
- Languages: Native proficiency in Czech and good command of English.
