About the Position

D365 CE Solution Engineer

You will work closely with consultants, developers, project managers, and customers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with project teams to define technical approaches, implementation plans, and project timelines
• Translating business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Preparing technical documentation, solution designs, and integration specifications
• Performing analysis of requirements and estimating implementation effort
• Supporting consultants and other stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Participating in system testing, defining test scenarios, and ensuring agreed quality standards are met
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing technical knowledge within the team
• Staying up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies
• Ensuring solution quality, maintainability, and long-term scalability

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Experience in software implementation, customization, or application development projects
• Understanding of CRM processes and system integrations
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an advantage
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working in project-oriented environments
• Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement
• Fluent English communication skills
