Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior D365 CRM Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across client and internal projects. This role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies, including custom applications, integrations, portals, and cloud-based business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across client and internal projects.
• Oversee technical delivery teams across design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Gather and define technical, operational, and business requirements during discovery and pre-sales stages.
• Act as a key technical liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and external partners.
• Ensure solutions follow established best practices, architectural principles, and platform standards.
• Develop proof-of-concepts to evaluate and demonstrate technical approaches and design options.
• Use knowledge of Microsoft technologies to solve complex architectural and integration challenges.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to project teams throughout delivery.
• Identify risks within solutions and propose mitigation strategies or escalation where required.
• Contribute to sales and solution shaping activities when needed.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or enhancements to improve existing solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in solution architecture within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and enterprise application design.
• Experience with system integration and technical solution design.
• Exposure to pre-sales or solution scoping activities is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively within collaborative team environments.
