D365 F&O Business Analyst - Irving, TX

We're hiring a D365 F&O Business Analyst (ERP Lead) to play a critical role in scaling a growing organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you'll partner closely with finance, accounting, and cross-functional teams to drive system improvements and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ERP Lead for D365 F&O, owning business analysis and solution delivery
• Partner with finance and accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize processes
• Translate business needs into functional solutions within D365
• Lead system enhancements across finance, supply chain, and warehousing
• Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with end users and leadership
• Collaborate across departments to drive adoption and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in D365 F&O
• Strong experience in finance/accounting modules (highly preferred)
• Background in manufacturing (required) and warehousing (critical)
• Exposure to supply chain; master planning is a plus
• Experience with Medius (ISV) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

We Offer

• Competitive Salary: $140,000 to $160,000 USD per year
