D365 F&O Business Applications Specialist - Dallas, TX

Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 USD

Our client, a growing organization in the Dallas area, is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Business Applications Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on ERP professional who enjoys bridging the gap between business processes and technology, supporting end users, and driving continuous improvement across finance and operations systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for D365 F&O support, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests
• Configure and maintain modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Operations
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Support integrations, data migrations, and third-party application connections
• Assist with testing, documentation, and training for new features, upgrades, and releases
• Collaborate with IT and functional teams to resolve incidents and optimize workflows
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes using D365 F&O capabilities (Power Platform a plus)

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012 with D365 migration experience)
• Strong functional knowledge of one or more modules: General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, or Production
• Experience gathering requirements and configuring the system to meet business needs
• Familiarity with LCS, Data Management Framework, and basic troubleshooting of integrations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with end users and stakeholders
• Bonus: exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, or X++ customizations
