D365 F&O Manufacturing Solution Architect
Salary: $160,000 to $180,000 USD

Responsibilities
- Designing End-to-End Manufacturing in D365: Plan to Produce (MPS/MRP), production control, shop-floor execution, and inventory and warehouse integration.
- Building Scalable Solutions: Turning business requirements into functional specs and architecture artifacts.
- Defining System-of-Record Boundaries: Designing production order, inventory, quality, and traceability flows.
- Driving Process Standardization: Guiding configuration, running design workshops, and overseeing functional testing.
- Partnering with Teams: Keeping delivery quality high and advising operations, supply chain, quality, and finance.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in ERP solution architecture or functional leadership.
- Skills:
- Deep D365 F&O manufacturing expertise: Production Control, Master Planning (MRP/MPS), and Inventory Management.
- Real manufacturing background with a solid grasp of discrete and/or process manufacturing, supply chain and inventory flows, and shop-floor execution.
- Experience integrating ERP with shop-floor or production systems.
- Multi-entity, global ERP implementation experience.
Nice to Have
- ERP consolidation or post-acquisition integration.
- Azure integration patterns (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs).
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) for manufacturing reporting.
- Microsoft D365 F&O certifications.
