About the Role

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager for DACH to lead and scale high-performing Account Executive teams and 2 Sales Managers. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a strong sales culture, and ensuring consistent execution across your region.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance coaching, strategy, and execution - helping your teams win while building a scalable and predictable sales engine.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver regional revenue targets
  • Drive pipeline generation, deal progression, and forecasting accuracy
  • Ensure consistent execution of the sales process across teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop 1–2 teams of Account Executives and Sales Managers
  • Run regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance conversations
  • Implement and reinforce structured sales methodologies
  • Improve win rates through coaching and best practice sharing
  • Ensure high-quality CRM hygiene and pipeline management
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for DACH
  • Provide insights on local market trends, competition, and opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve positioning and offering

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Team Lead in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing Account Executives (closing roles) and who has managed leaders.
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience in the DACH market (language skills highly preferred, especially German)
  • Skilled in coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Data-driven mindset with strong CRM discipline (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling teams in a high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar methodologies
  • Experience in HR tech / recruitment tech (or adjacent SaaS)
