Responsibilities

• Accompany the installation of photovoltaic systems and coordinate the professional installation
• Supervise and optimize the installation of the substructure for PV modules and the wiring of PV modules to the inverter
• Serve as the central contact person for our customers on-site, ensuring smooth communication
• Take over and coordinate classic roofing work, ensure quality, and support your team with your expertise
• Lead and train employees and service providers, monitor work processes, and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements

• Technical Qualification: Completed master's training (roofer / carpenter)
• Height suitability & high travel readiness: Safe work at heights and flexible on-site presence at branches and customers
• Customer orientation & responsibility: "Customer First" mindset, high reliability, independent and quality-conscious work approach
• Expertise & experience: Knowledge of electronics for energy systems and ideally in building regulations, fire protection, and VDE/VdS standards
• Analytical & language skills: Strategic thinking, affinity for numbers, and good German and English language skills
