Responsibilities

- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Dari
- Degree in Linguistics, Dari Studies, Translation, or a related field
- Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work
- Clear, metacognitive communication
