About the Position

We are currently looking for a Dashboarding / BI Analyst to join our team in Poland. You will be responsible for designing and developing executive-level dashboards in Power BI, translating complex datasets into actionable insights, and collaborating closely with marketing teams to measure and improve campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing executive-level dashboards in Power BI with a strong focus on clarity, storytelling, and decision support.
  • Gathering business requirements directly from stakeholders, including senior leadership and marketing teams.
  • Translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Building and optimizing data models to ensure performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Analyzing marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, ROI, cost efficiency, and reach.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing teams to measure, monitor, and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.
  • Applying best practices in data visualization, user experience, and storytelling for executive audiences.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with rapid iterations and evolving business priorities.
  • Challenging business assumptions and providing data-driven recommendations to support informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, including campaign performance, ROI, and marketing KPIs.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders and translating them into analytical solutions.
  • Strong ability to build executive-friendly dashboards and communicate insights through data storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles, including star schema and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick decision-making cycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and guide business decisions.
  • Very good English language skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
  • Knowledge of modern data warehousing solutions such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Azure Data Factory or dbt.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices.
  • Experience supporting executive stakeholders or C-level reporting.
  • Experience with near real-time analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution models.
  • Experience applying UX/UI best practices in BI dashboards.
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or other high-scale operational environments.
