Data Analyst (12 months contract)

About the Position

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem and the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users, is seeking a Data Analyst for a 12-month contract. Join our team in Hong Kong, Malaysia, or Singapore to support growth and marketing campaigns with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and marketing campaigns end to end: pull, validate, and structure data across the full conversion funnel
• Measure and evaluate campaign performance (conversion rates, CAC, ROI, retention of acquired users) and translate results into actionable recommendations for marketing and operations teams
• Build and maintain campaign/growth dashboards; automate recurring data pulls where possible
• Work with large volumes of user behavior and transactional data using SQL and internal data platforms; design and run cohort analyses to support campaign optimization
• Translate complex findings into simple visualizations and clear narratives for execution by operational teams and executives
• Work in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics
• 1-3 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics role, campaign / growth / marketing analytics experience is a strong plus
• Strong SQL skills - able to independently write and debug complex queries on large-scale datasets
• Experience with a visualization tool such as DataWind, an AI tool such as Claude Code is a strong plus
• Nice to have: Python, R
• A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques
• A natural curiosity to identify, investigate, and explain trends and patterns in data and an ability to analyze and break down complex concepts and technical findings into clear and simple language for communication
• A passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain and AI
