As a Data Analyst, you are the compass that guides our clients' strategic decisions through the power of data! Based in our vibrant Brussels agency, your mission is to transform complex, raw information into clear, actionable insights for innovative digital projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and structure data from a wide variety of sources (web analytics, CRM, e-commerce platforms, databases).
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify underlying trends, behavioral patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design and deploy interactive, intuitive dashboards and automated reports using leading BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase).
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to deeply understand their challenges and translate them into robust data models.
  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of the data throughout the entire extraction and processing pipeline.
  • Recommend concrete, data-driven action plans to optimize our clients' digital performance, user experience, and ROI.

Requirements

  • Holding a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, or Business.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Consultant, ideally within a digital or consulting environment.
  • Mastery of SQL for complex database querying.
  • Strong expertise in Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem (web analytics like Google Analytics / Matomo, e-commerce metrics) and data engineering concepts.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data manipulation is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (along with French or Dutch).
