Your Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of analytics at Fintech Farm. You will help translate business needs into actionable insights, support the team with standards and best practices, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the high quality of analytical reports and dashboards
• Verify own results to ensure they meet set requirements and quality standards
• Clarify and document analytical task requirements from business stakeholders
• Organize and conduct code reviews to improve code quality and share knowledge
• Develop and implement best practices and standards for data handling
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize business processes and enhance analytical efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in data analytics
• Excellent SQL skills and hands-on experience with databases such as ClickHouse
• Proficient with BI tools, including Looker Studio, and experienced in dashboard creation
• Comfortable with code review and promoting best practices
• Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical teams
• Quick to understand business processes and translate them into data tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience with Git and DBT is a plus
