We're Hiring: Head of Data Analysts – Lead the Future of Compliance Intelligence

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data analysts, setting clear goals and supporting their professional growth.
Oversee the entire data lifecycle - from analysis to lead generation to final delivery - ensuring top-quality results, every time.
Drive the development of clear, detailed, and impactful reports based on large-scale data sets.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor data delivery accordingly.
Partner with Product, R&D, and Sales teams to continuously improve our solutions and enhance the value of our insights.
Supervise OSINT and web research efforts to enrich data with meaningful intelligence, staying ahead of industry trends in data analysis and financial crime detection.

5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Expert-level SQL skills and strong command of data analysis tools and methodologies.
Proven ability to break down complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Experience with OSINT/WEBINT – a strong plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude and a detail-oriented, results-driven mindset.
Fluent English is a must.
Bonus: Experience with MongoDB and BI tools.
