Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to understand product and service usage, identify potential for new offerings, and develop data-driven campaigns and CRM measures for our digital channels like the ING App and Online Banking.
- Regularly evaluate and present the performance of our digital sales measures in terms of product usage, pricing, personalization, and success, identifying areas for optimization.
- Create clear and concise reports and presentations to inform and inspire your team and colleagues across the bank.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in data-driven marketing or customer analytics is desirable.
- Proficiency in empirical and statistical data analysis.
- Experience with databases, SAS, and similar analysis tools (e.g., Stata, SPSS, SQL, Python).
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ideally, some experience in private customer business in the financial sector.
- Sales-oriented mindset and initiative.
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
