Responsibilities
- Understanding Customer Behavior: You will analyze data to understand how our products and services are used, identify potential for new offerings, and develop data-driven insights.
- Campaign and CRM Development: Using your findings, you will launch new campaigns and CRM measures for our digital channels, such as our ING App and Online Banking, ensuring we reach the right customers.
- Performance Analysis: You will regularly and spontaneously evaluate how our digital sales measures perform in terms of product usage, pricing, personalization, and success, and identify areas for optimization.
- Reporting and Presentations: You will create clear and concise reports and presentations to inform and inspire not only your team but also colleagues across the bank.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional Experience: Experience in data-driven marketing or customer analytics is desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in empirical and statistical data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with databases, SAS, and similar analysis tools (e.g., Stata, SPSS, SQL, Python).
- MS Office Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language Skills: Ideally, some experience in private customer service in the financial sector. Sales-oriented mindset and initiative.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
