Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets using statistical techniques, software tools, and available AI technology.
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in these complex data sets.
• Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prioritize business and information needs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for new and existing data projects.
• Preparing reports and presentations for various stakeholders, including senior management.
• Communicating complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Preferred degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Preferred experience in the financial services industry or a similar highly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL, etc.), and automation tools (Alteryx).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Qlik, PowerBI, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, test, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
