Data Analyst

The Data Analyst bridges the gap between data, business challenges, and decision-making. They transform complex data into clear, reliable, and actionable analyses to help organizations better understand their activities, measure performance, and identify new opportunities.

At Keyrus, the Data Analyst is not limited to producing reports: they seek to understand the issues behind the data, challenge needs, and contribute to transforming information into concrete actions that create value.

What Awaits You

Analyze complex data to produce reliable indicators usable by business teams.
Design and evolve interactive dashboards that meet operational and strategic needs.
Prepare, transform, and model data to ensure quality, coherence, and usability.
Support business units in defining their analytical needs and advise on the most relevant indicators.
Translate analyses into concrete recommendations tailored to user needs.
Continuously improve existing reports by seeking performance, simplicity, and business value.
Automate data processing when relevant to ensure and optimize analyses.
Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, AI Engineering, and business teams to ensure data availability, quality, and understanding.
Promote a data culture and support users in adopting tools and analyses.
Identify new data uses and propose improvement avenues based on business needs and technological evolutions.

Experience and Background

Significant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Visualization.
Experience in designing dashboards and decision-making indicators.
Experience collaborating with business teams to transform functional needs into analytical solutions.
Experience in modern data environments is a significant asset.

Curiosity to understand the business issues behind data and indicators.

Willingness to document, share, and transmit analyses and best practices.

Essential Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in SQL.
Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
Good command of decisional data modeling.
Experience with data preparation tools: Alteryx, Dataiku, Power Query, or equivalent.
Understanding of data quality, governance, and reliability issues.
Knowledge of Python or R for automation and advanced analysis is appreciated.
Ability to design relevant KPIs and produce decision-oriented dashboards.
Understanding of cloud data environments: Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential regardless of experience level.
