Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Redesigning, testing, and implementing payment structures that motivate and reward our riders worldwide.
- Blending deep data analysis and data modeling with creative problem-solving to ensure our logistics network is efficient, scalable, and fair for our riders.
- Exploring and finding the most optimal logistics payment structure to maximize global riders' engagement.
- Strategically redesigning our courier payment framework to improve key operational metrics.
- Diving deep into massive datasets to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities.
- Owning the experimentation process to validate your ideas through A/B testing, switchback tests, etc.
- Continuously monitoring the performance of your strategies and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Understanding and addressing local and regional needs by stepping into the shoes of the riders.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Maths, or another STEM field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role where you translated insights into tangible business actions and measured their impact.
- Strong technical proficiency:
- Advanced SQL for complex querying and data extraction.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and data orchestration.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with experimentation, designing and/or analyzing A/B tests or other statistical testing methodologies to measure impact (nice to have).
- Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance environment, dealing with ambiguity while maintaining a positive mindset.
- Ability to clearly and concisely explain complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English is a must.
