At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich, and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow, and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 million units already sold in 200 countries.
The Team
The Analytics Engineering team supports Ledger’s three Business Units: Consumer Sales (hardware sales), Trust Service (insurance), and Enterprise (B2B). We transform raw data into actionable insights using a modern stack: Snowflake, SQL, and dbt for modeling, and Tableau / GA4 for reporting. The team also performs strategic analysis in Python and leads tactical AI initiatives to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- AI Enablement: Drive AI adoption by creating educational content on the Sana platform (tutorials, guides for AI Studio) and assisting non-technical teams in leveraging tools like Cursor or Google AI Studio.
- Analytics Engineering: Handle day-to-day data requests and strengthen data foundations by reducing technical debt in our core models.
- Data Science Automation: Industrialize and scale our "causal impact" and "pre/post" analysis frameworks using Python to transform manual tasks into standardized processes.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree student (M2) in Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for statistical analysis and Machine Learning.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with dbt and Tableau is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: Deep curiosity for Generative AI, high autonomy, and a pedagogical mindset to share knowledge across the company.
