Data analyst

About the Position

Ukrainian Outsourcing company New Line Technologies is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and relationships
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and address client inquiries
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements

• Education in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, management information systems, or related field
• Strong analytical skills: able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations; experience in the analysis of large data sets to find useful relationships
• Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Previous experience using ERP and CRM systems
• Exceptional organizational skills, paying close attention to detail
• Must be comfortable turning data into decision-making information, and communicating the story the data is telling internal stakeholders as well as clients

• Good communication skills

Language

• English level: B1 or higher
