Data Analyst

About the Position

Join appflame, a leading Ukrainian IT company, as a Data Analyst in Kyiv, Ukraine. Analyze key metrics, optimize sales, and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Work on the effectiveness of ad sales on products with various monetization models.
• Analyze key monetization and product indicators, find growth points, and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Develop algorithms for assessing the effectiveness of traffic sales and methods for prioritizing traffic sales paths.
• Visualize research results and create informative dashboards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve product OKRs.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical position for over a year.
• Confident knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to quickly process large amounts of new information.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data analysis methods.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
• Strong soft skills.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of key advertising, marketing, and product metrics.
• Experience with A/B testing and product change evaluation.

Work Format

• On-site.
• Flexibility is valued with a policy of 50 Work From Anywhere days per year, subject to prior agreement with the lead.
