About the Role
As a Data Analyst (m/w/d), you will create reliable data foundations for operational and strategic decisions. You will combine in-depth analyses with a solid understanding of sales and economic contexts.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of sales, customer, and market data
- Development and maintenance of KPIs, dashboards, and reports (e.g., Power BI)
- Identification of trends, potentials, and recommendations for action
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses for management and departments
- Support in campaign management, price analysis, and churn analysis
- Ensuring data quality and further development of data models
- Close collaboration with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT
Requirements
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-related environment
- Practical experience with Power BI or a comparable BI tool
- Knowledge of Datastudio is advantageous
- Strong numerical understanding and the ability to clearly categorize complex relationships
- Clear and audience-appropriate communication of analysis results and recommendations
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, and bring your analyses reliably into collaboration with different departments
- A relevant degree is advantageous; your analytical competence and practical experience are decisive
