We are currently looking for a Data Analyst with AI skills to join our team in the CEE region.
About the Project
We are building a modern analytics and Business Intelligence solution that integrates operational data from multiple ERP systems across countries, and turns it into reliable, customer-facing insights, analytical workflows, and reusable data products.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of scalable ETL/analytics pipelines and customer-facing analytics - from requirements through published datasets and usable dashboards - for multi-tenant customer setups.
- Working with stakeholders to clarify questions and metrics, map them to available ERP/operational data, and prioritize KPIs that are feasible, testable, and maintainable.
- Building reliable pipelines that ingest, validate, transform, and document data into curated, analysis-ready datasets (e.g. columnar/Parquet outputs, consistent schemas), suitable for SQL-based reporting and dashboards.
- Designing and implementing BI dashboards that use curated data to provide visual insights into relevant KPIs, enabling customers to filter, analyze, and interpret data with ease.
- Ensuring solutions can scale across multiple customers with minimal effort, leveraging cloud infrastructure and optimizing performance where necessary.
Requirements
- Strong ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced project.
- Knowledgeable in advanced AI tooling for productivity, including MCP, agent skills, harness engineering (e.g., Claude code/Cursor/Codex), Worktrees.
- Proven experience developing data pipelines using Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Hands-on use of Pandas, NumPy, and DuckDB (or equivalent analytical SQL engines) for transforms, validation, and performance-conscious processing.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and utilizing SDKs to extract data from various sources, including Azure, AWS, APIs, and SQL databases.
- Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and creating normalized datasets from multiple systems.
- Experience using BI tools to create and manage datasets and generate insightful dashboards.
- Expertise in dashboard design, including the use of filters and other interactive elements for deep data analysis.
- Experience with Apache Superset is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of rights management in BI tools for data security and access control.
- Familiarity with parallelizing ETL processes and workflow orchestration to improve efficiency and scalability.
