About the Role and Mission

You will be part of our Data & Insights team and work directly with the analytical study and evaluation front of all non-financial products and services of Inter, both in Brazil and globally.

In your daily tasks, you will:

• Conduct and measure A/B tests;
• Lead analytical projects for data products;
• Perform studies that make important discoveries about opportunities and risks in our business;
• Structure analytical findings in an executive and managerial manner for senior leadership.

Requirements

Required:

• Experience with data querying and manipulation using SQL;
• Experience with analytical activities using modeling with Python/R;
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Advanced ability to tell stories with data;
• Advanced professional communication skills in English (meetings and formulation of managerial materials).

Desirable:

• Professional experience in strategic consulting;
• Use of AI-based work tools (Cursor).
