About the Position

Data & AI Governance Consultant

Brussels/Flanders, Belgium

Sopra Steria offers tailored, end-to-end corporate technology and software solutions to help clients make bold choices and deliver results. Successfully so! With more than 51.000 colleagues in nearly 30 countries, we rank as Europe’s leading digital solutions provider. Some of the most successful companies in Europe rely on our technology due to our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and value in business development.

The world is how we shape it. Let’s shape it together.

Join our Data & AI team.

You will become part of a multidisciplinary team where data engineering, architecture, AI, analytics, governance, and visualization come together. Together, we help clients get more value out of their data: from setting up the right data foundations to building dashboards, analytics solutions, and AI use cases that support better decisions.

As a Data & AI Governance Consultant, you play an active role in helping our clients implement and operationalize their data & AI governance strategy. You support organizations in building a mature, data-driven culture and in translating the governance strategy into measurable objectives.

This includes defining and implementing clear rules, standards, and processes that ensure that data is managed and consumed responsibly and efficiently. You guide clients in creating an unambiguous conceptual framework and information model, laying out the foundation for reliable and trusted data use.

You will have the opportunity to define and implement governance processes tailored to each client’s maturity and needs, including data quality frameworks and stewardship models. Together with our existing team of data & AI governance experts, you keep our colleagues up to date with emerging market trends and best practices.

In addition to data governance, you take an active role in designing and implementing AI governance frameworks that ensure responsible, transparent, and safe use of AI across the organization, integrated with the data governance policies. Your guidance enables organizations to innovate confidently with AI while maintaining full oversight and compliance.

We’re seeking passionate colleagues who are eager to push the boundaries in digital transformation and technology consulting. At Sopra Steria, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills in a constructive, collaborative team environment, working on impactful projects that drive change for our clients. If you thrive on challenge and meet (most of) the qualifications below, we look forward to your application!
