YOUR IMPACT:

At Accenture Polska, you will be instrumental in defining advanced analytics and AI strategies, supporting clients in scaling AI use cases, and driving data-driven culture and transformation. Your role will span across defining enterprise analytics and reporting strategies, designing Responsible AI frameworks, and implementing Data & AI Operating Models.

Responsibilities

• Define advanced analytics and AI strategies, including GenAI and Agentic AI, aligned with enterprise ambitions and business priorities.
• Support clients in identifying, prioritizing, and scaling AI / GenAI use cases across the value chain.
• Define enterprise analytics and reporting strategies, including KPI frameworks, management information, and decision-support models.
• Design and operationalize Responsible AI frameworks, covering ethics, transparency, regulatory compliance, and AI risk management.
• Define AI governance models, including decision rights, controls, accountability structures, and model lifecycle oversight.
• Define enterprise data strategies spanning data architecture, Data Mesh, data products concepts, master data, metadata, data quality, data security, and privacy.
• Design and implement Data & AI Operating Models, including data governance structures, roles, processes, and ways of working.
• Build business cases, investment roadmaps, and transformation plans for data and AI initiatives.
• Drive data-driven culture and adoption, supporting leadership engagement, behavioral change, and decision-making transformation.

Requirements

• Higher degree (preferred in IT, Data Science, Big Data, Computer Science, Quantitative Methods, or related field with excellent academic performance).
• Minimum 1 year of experience for Analyst role and 3 years for Consultant role in strategy consulting, data/AI advisory, technology strategy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of how data and AI enable business transformation and value creation.
• Solid understanding of tools, frameworks, and technologies within at least one of the following categories:
  • Cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
  • Machine Learning & AI platforms (e.g., Azure ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
  • GenAI/Agentic AI tools (e.g., LangChain, Lovable, AutoGen, Zapier)
  • Data Catalogs & Metadata Management (e.g., Collibra, Informatica)
  • BI ecosystems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex data & AI topics into clear executive-level narratives.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Additional foreign language (e.g., German, French, Arabic) is a strong asset.

Working Conditions

• Employment contract (umowa o pracę).
• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk.
• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and delivering large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in a hybrid model, remotely, in our offices, but also traveling and working closely with our clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness, and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
• The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office-depending on specific project circumstances.
