About the Position
Join OMMAX, the leading AI-first consultancy and AI-engineering platform, as a Data & AI Strategy Consultant to shape digital transformation with measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with client leaders to translate strategic business priorities into a focused portfolio of deployable Data & AI initiatives.
- Own workstreams from problem discovery and use-case prioritization through business case, roadmap, operating model, and implementation mobilization.
- Engage with business teams, domain experts, technology leaders, and end users to understand real workflows, constraints, and adoption requirements.
- Define pragmatic Data & AI strategies that connect value, data readiness, technology architecture, governance, talent, processes, and change.
- Lead workshops and executive discussions that resolve ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and create clear decisions and ownership.
- Partner with engineering, AI, data, governance, and delivery teams to ensure that strategic recommendations can be built, deployed, and scaled in practice.
- Capture lessons from implementation, support proposals, and develop reusable methods and offerings that strengthen OMMAX Data & AI Strategy capabilities.
Requirements
- Hold an excellent university degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Have 3–6 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data and AI-related initiatives.
- Have a strong understanding of data and AI technologies and their business applications.
- Be able to communicate complex topics in a structured and clear way.
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Be fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
