About the Position

Data and Analytics Solution Delivery Lead

This is a new role combining the skill of a data engineer with someone who has a data architecture background. This reflects one of the most critical needs we have for our organisation to take the next steps in our growth journey.

You should be a senior data engineer, with strong communication skills and with a good technical foundation. You must like to collaborate with colleagues and can build trust with existing and new customers. In this role you will be an integral part of growing Adage by taking responsibility on our critical deliveries.

You will work in four important areas:

1. Client lead – be responsible for our client deliveries including designing, developing and operating good solutions
2. Pre-sales – assist with designing architectural solutions for prospective new client sales
3. Coaching and leading data engineers – challenge them to improve, helping them solve problems
4. Innovation – be curious about the roadmaps for key technologies and apply this knowledge in our sales, deliveries and competence development efforts

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting experience working in a data heavy environment, such as a Data Engineer.
• An excellent data and analytics architecture background
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Programming experience with Python and SQL.
• Ability to guide, mentor and lead other consultants in their work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – building relationships both internally and with our clients
• Ability to grasp complex architectural designs.
• Fluency in Swedish
