Data and Analytics Solution Delivery Lead

About the Position

We are seeking a Data and Analytics Solution Delivery Lead to join our team at Newground, specializing in data engineering and architecture. This is a new role combining the skill of a data engineer with someone who has a data architecture background. This reflects one of the most critical needs we have for our organisation to take the next steps in our growth journey.

Responsibilities

• Client Lead: Be responsible for our client deliveries including designing, developing, and operating good solutions.
• Pre-sales: Assist with designing architectural solutions for prospective new client sales.
• Coaching and Leading Data Engineers: Challenge them to improve, helping them solve problems.
• Innovation: Be curious about the roadmaps for key technologies and apply this knowledge in our sales, deliveries, and competence development efforts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting experience working in a data heavy environment, such as a Data Engineer.
• An excellent data and analytics architecture background.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Programming experience with Python and SQL.
• Ability to guide, mentor, and lead other consultants in their work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – building relationships both internally and with our clients.
• Ability to grasp complex architectural designs.
• Fluency in Swedish.
