About the Position

We are looking for a professional who deeply understands business needs, especially in Finance & Controlling, and can translate them into clear, value-driven data solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify business needs to deliver value for customers
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
Build and manage project backlogs: Epics, User Stories
Analyze data sources and design optimal data models
Create solution concepts and prototypes (incl. Power BI mockups)
Verify and optimize existing business processes
Prepare test plans and support testing activities
Develop clear analytical and technical documentation
Prepare and lead presentations for various audiences
Work directly with clients to design BI and data-driven business applications
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects on conceptual design
Work with Developers to ensure the delivery meets business goals
Support the Product Owner or take a coordinating role within Agile/SCRUM

Requirements

Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in Business/System Analysis, ideally within Data, Analytics, or AI projects
- Proven track record in finance-related or controlling projects
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and translating business needs into technical requirements
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders and delivery/engineering teams
- Ability to define and document business requirements, system specifications, and solution designs
- Solid understanding of architectural models, data flows, and business process diagrams
- Knowledge of Power BI and Excel

- Strong consulting background - ability to diagnose client needs, build recommendations, and guide them toward the right solution
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving attitude, proactive mindset, and customer-centric approach
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

We Offer

Competitive salary range of 100 – 150 PLN per hour
