DATA Architect IA (Ref : 466)

AUBAY S.A. is seeking a DATA Architect IA for one of our clients, an insurance company located in Luxembourg. This role is a full-time, on-site position.

Context of the Mission

Our client's IT team aims to transform its delivery methods by integrating Artificial Intelligence (IA) into its development and maintenance processes. This project has been designated as the first pilot project "augmented" by AI within the client's IT department. The goal is to demonstrate the added value of AI over a complete cycle, creating a successful end-to-end model that can be replicated for all teams.

Responsibilities

• Coverage of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle): Support throughout the entire development lifecycle, with a focus on generating, optimizing, and reviewing deliverables associated with each phase. This includes Business Analysis, such as specification analysis, regulatory document analysis, and drafting functional documents.
• Industrialization of the Approach: Define a methodological framework to transition from occasional AI use to an industrialized and standardized approach.
• Coaching and Skill Development: Support teams through progressive skill transfer. The objective is to ensure full autonomy of internal teams in the long term (decreasing support approach).
• Synergy and Integration: Ability to unite and train the entire project team in this framework, considering the current presence of external consultants assigned to other tasks.

Requirements

Core Skills

• Profession: Expertise in insurance/banking (knowledge in combating money laundering and terrorist financing - AML).
• Technical: Mastery of generative AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, Prompt Engineering) applied to the software development cycle.
• Functional:
  • In-depth expertise in the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Business Analysis skills (specification analysis, regulatory document analysis).
  • Ability to industrialize processes and define reproducible frameworks.
• Technological: Collaboration and development tools supporting AI, Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Linguistic: French.

Nice to Have

• Experience: Proven experience in coaching teams and transferring skills (handover).
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with interlocutors at different levels (operational, managerial, executive).
