About the Role
At M&M Software GmbH, you won't just be building dashboards. You'll be creating the foundation for them.
Data platforms are more than just technology to you.
You'll discuss strategies with clients, moderate workshops, develop target images, and translate complex requirements into an architecture that will work even three years from now. At the same time, you'll know what actually happens in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure and can represent architectural decisions technically sound.
Your Focus
- Data platforms based on Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure
- Architecture of Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Governance concepts
- Client workshops, target images, and technology decisions
- Technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
- Platforms that are scalable, secure, and successful in the long term

- You translate complex requirements into viable solutions
Requirements
- Experience as a Data Architect, Lead Data Engineer, or Principal Consultant
- Consulting mindset and enjoyment of client contact
- Architectural and engineering competence
- Strategic thinking with hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in Databricks, Fabric, Azure, SQL, and Python
