- Planning, executing, and monitoring regular IT tasks - including preventive maintenance, break/fix activities, and routine deployments - to maintain and improve data center infrastructure operations.
- Supporting the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by assisting with hardware identification, fault documentation, and coordination with the DC Diagnostic & RMA team, in accordance with established Nebius procedures.
- Developing and maintaining clear, accurate documentation including hardware configurations, troubleshooting guides, maintenance logs, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including shift leads, infrastructure engineers, and DC management to ensure work is completed to standard and on schedule.
- Participating in shift-level technical tasks and project execution as directed by the Senior DC Technician or Lead DC Technician.

- Basic proficiency in the Linux operating system and familiarity with command-line tools for system identification, log review, and basic diagnostics.
- Practical experience working with server IT hardware, enterprise-grade network switches, and fiber optic cabling.
- Proficiency with standard documentation and productivity tools including spreadsheets, with the ability to maintain logs, records, and operational reports.
