Responsibilities

Liderar el delivery de proyectos de plataformas de datos, BI avanzado y ML/AI (GenAI/Agentic).
Traducir objetivos de negocio en planes de ejecución claros y realistas.
Gestionar dependencias, riesgos y trade-offs técnicos.
Asegurar buenas prácticas de delivery, planificación y seguimiento.
Aportar visión estratégica al roadmap de datos del departamento.

Requirements

+7 años de experiencia en entornos de datos, con foco en delivery o liderazgo técnico.
Conocimiento sólido de arquitecturas modernas de datos en cloud.
Experiencia gestionando stakeholders senior.
Mentalidad estratégica, pragmática y orientada a resultados.
