The Role

You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams of strategists, architects, engineers, analysts, designers and consultants, helping enterprise organizations unlock value through data, AI and modern digital platforms.

Our capability is end-to-end; from strategy, discovery and advisory through to architecture, delivery and optimization. We help clients balance business ambition with technical feasibility, ensuring transformation delivers measurable outcomes, not just great ideas.

Working across sectors including financial services, retail, automotive, media, healthcare, public sector and consumer brands, you'll encounter a diverse range of challenges, levels of maturity and transformation priorities. Success in this role requires the ability to adapt your approach to different client environments while maintaining a relentless focus on value and impact.

As a Data Director, you'll help organizations define future-state data ecosystems, modernize cloud and data platforms, unlock AI opportunities and build scalable capabilities that drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-scale data transformation and AI programs
Shape modern data strategies, architectures and operating models
Work with modern data platforms and technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, and GCP
Facilitate C-suite conversations and guide clients through large-scale change
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to new business development
Mentor and develop consultants, architects, and engineers across the wider practice

Requirements

Must Have:
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data transformation or AI programs
- Strong consulting background with experience operating in complex client environments
- Deep understanding of cloud data ecosystems across GCP, AWS, or Azure (GCP experience is essential)
- Experience working with modern data platforms and technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, or equivalent ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including experience engaging senior leadership audiences
- Hands-on technical credibility across data engineering, analytics, AI, or architecture disciplines
- Experience balancing strategic advisory with practical delivery leadership
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to evolving transformation programs
- Strong systems thinking, connecting business goals, technology, operations, and data
- Commercial awareness, including experience contributing to proposals, pre-sales, or account growth
- Experience working within agile, cross-functional delivery environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative and pragmatic mindset focused on measurable outcomes
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with additional modern data technologies
