About the Position
Data Engineer
Nigel Frank, a leading consultancy, is seeking a Data Engineer specializing in Databricks, Python, and SQL to join our team in London, England. This role offers a salary range of £45,000 to £85,000 GBP and is a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Python, SQL, and modern Cloud technologies.
- Develop and enhance data platforms to support evolving business requirements.
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Improve data quality, testing, and monitoring to ensure trusted, production-ready datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions that create real business value.
- Continuously optimize platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Data Engineer.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Databricks.
- Exposure to control systems.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in a team-based environment.
- Strong experience in data platform troubleshooting.
