About Bloom

You will be employed by Adage while participating in the Bloom graduate consultancy training program alongside colleagues from other companies within Newground Alliance. Bloom is a unique, people-centric learning journey providing young consultants with everything they need to begin a successful career.

Instead of classroom learning, Bloom is a true consulting apprenticeship. From day one, you’ll work on real projects with real clients. You’ll learn your craft alongside some of the best, most experienced consultants in the business – and get the chance to make suggestions, shake things up and forge your own career path.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience and the training required to become a successful data engineering consultant in the data and analytics field.
Work alongside other participants across the Newground Alliance, with regular opportunities to share and discuss experiences and ideas.
Be involved from day one in business development discussions and strategic planning.
Participate in experience-based training with exciting projects, where you get the opportunity to take initiative and add value to our clients.
Receive mentorship from one of the best and most experienced consultants in the business.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills
Proven capability to learn new technologies
Interest in identifying real business problems
Ambition and drive
Collaboration and communication skills
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish & English

Nice to Have

Experience with programming languages and AI programming tools like Claude Code
Interest in learning more about cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with collecting and analyzing large datasets

About the Company

Newground began with a simple belief. Experienced consultants should be able to build firms around true specialization, without choosing between focus and scale.

In 2014, four management consultants shaped the ideas for building something different.
