About the Position

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data & AI team at Cegeka. As part of our dynamic team of data experts, you will play a crucial role in our challenging projects. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
Work with diverse platforms such as Fabric, Snowflake, and Databricks, using your expertise to transform and make data available.
Collaborate with data experts and other stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Build your knowledge and experience by actively participating in our Engineering Competence Centers.
Monitor and improve the data quality and performance of the systems.
Document processes and best practices.
As a Cegeka Databricks, Microsoft, and Snowflake Partner, you will have direct access to their solution architects and partner academies/certificates for further growth.

Requirements

Relevant bachelor's or master's degree (Computer Science, Handelsingenieur, etc.)
Hands-on experience as a Data Engineer in the Modern Data Stack.
Experience with dbt Core is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Fabric, Snowflake, and Databricks.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
Experience with data integration, data warehousing, and ETL tools.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a team.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
