About the Position

As a Data Engineer, you will work on technical solutions that support engineering, data, and business-facing teams. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a scalable and reliable data platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions that serve internal engineering, data, and business teams
• Write and manage infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and build, test, and deploy solutions through CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate closely with the technology department on solution delivery, infrastructure, architecture, and platform development
• Design and deliver high-quality data solutions that solve specific business problems
• Ensure platform security by managing governance tooling, identity management, and connectivity

Requirements

• A degree or demonstrable expertise in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience building data engineering solutions
• Experience with structured and unstructured data, data lakes, scheduling, and orchestration
• Ability to lead design discussions and own a platform domain end-to-end
• Strong proficiency in Python, Spark, and data engineering principles
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, containerization, CI/CD, and DevOps
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and database design
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving results
