Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile, cross-functional project teams to help clients from various industries make their data usable.
• Engage closely with clients to consult on the technical feasibility and implementation of their digital innovations.
• Design and develop the foundation for future analyses and data-driven services, creating scalable, robust, and maintainable architectures.
• Conceptualize and implement data platforms, data processing workflows, and data services as highly scalable, distributed systems in the cloud, on-premises, or hybrid.
• Serve as an expert in end-to-end integration of data/ETL pipelines and the deployment of machine learning models up to the delivery of results within existing IT systems.
• Communicate complex technical content clearly to non-technical stakeholders and actively participate in workshops, presentations, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Completed degree in a STEM field or a comparable program with at least two years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in several of the technologies listed above.
• Passion for implementing the latest ML solutions in the practical operations of our clients and willingness to take on tasks in infrastructure, backend, or frontend.
• Aspiration to become an expert in data architectures and modeling in at least one cloud environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and evaluate them for project use, sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients in workshops or presentations.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients through empathy and a good understanding of human needs.
• Strong prioritization skills and a sense of balance between pragmatism and perfectionism.
• Fluency in German (at least level C1), good English skills are a plus.
