Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines (batch and streaming) with Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala).
• Optimize data processing performance on Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark SQL, etc.).
• Deploy and manage AWS infrastructures (S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, etc.).
• Automate data workflows with Airflow or Step Functions.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to provide reliable and structured data.
• Ensure data quality (cleaning, validation, monitoring).
• Participate in the evolution of the data architecture (Data Lake, Data Warehouse).

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala) and Databricks.
  • Proven experience with AWS (AWS Data Analytics or Solutions Architect certification is a plus).
  • Solid knowledge in SQL and data modeling.
  • Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Step Functions).
• Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and analytical mindset.
  • Sense of innovation and continuous improvement.
