Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage important company data
• Follow proper operation of the printer and take control of standard parameters
• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
• Verify and log receipt of data
• Transcribe source data into the required electronic format
• Transfer information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
• Perform troubleshooting work on the machine
• Follow good practices and processes in the production process
• Ensure proper use of office equipment
• Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and documents

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree (after 12th) in any stream
• 2-3 years of experience in MIS [Managing data]
• Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Microsoft Excel - Familiarize with latest formulas
• Added advantage of AI and latest data management tools
• Typing speed and good knowledge of advanced Excel formulas
