About the Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable specialist to join our team at Pharmbills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured data, is comfortable navigating multiple systems, and thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update referral data from hospital systems into CRM (Salesforce)
- Work with multiple platforms, including hospital EMRs and internal tools
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all systems
- Manage high volumes of data entry while meeting productivity targets
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution
- Follow established processes and guidelines in a compliance-driven environment
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus)
- Proficient typing skills
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems simultaneously
- Comfortable working under deadlines and performance targets
- Responsible, organized, and dependable
- Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset
