Data Entry Specialist (Game Stream) | Partnership Project

About the Position

We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist for our game stream partnership project to ensure strategic expansion and technical optimization of our game database. The primary goal of the specialist is to achieve leadership through the priority publication of game news, building effective communication channels with providers, and automating data collection and processing.

Responsibilities

• Systemically populate the game database, control, and maintain its content in an up-to-date state.
• Respond quickly to updates and timely add priority releases to the database.
• Verify the correct display of games and demo versions on the site.
• Establish stable communication with providers to obtain current demo versions, additional data, and API integration.
• Optimize internal Data Entry processes by initiating the implementation of methods and tools for automating routine work.
• Regularly conduct research on game changes, new releases, game providers, etc.
• Gain access to the client area of partners and track changes and updates.
• Assign tasks to the design team, including ordering logos for games.

Requirements

• Understanding of API principles.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel: complex formulas, Pivot Tables, scripts.
• Experience with admin panels, internal CRM/CMS systems.
• Ability to work with DevTools: Network tab in Chrome DevTools to find direct links to demo games, iframes, and track content loading errors.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with technical documentation and task managers.
